Women’s Ministry is made up of all the women of the church.  Luncheons and special programming throughout the year bring teaching and fellowship to the women.  Various areas of service are filled by volunteers. Emmaus Team – This ministry is a 72 hour Spiritual Renewal to offer you a fresh approach to life, refreshed and re-energized.  The weekend, at a retreat center, allows you to experience a New Testament look at Christianity as a lifestyle. Grace Toastmasters is a part of the Toastmasters International –a self-paced, self-improvement educational ministry to develop effective communication skills and confident public speaking. Reaching out to people in the community, meetings take place from 6:30am to 7:30am on Thursday mornings at 2201 E. Hebron Parkway.  Speech craft classes & competitions in the Dallas area are available. Contact Rebecca Carpenter for more information.

Sidewalk Ministry is an outreach to children in Carrollton, taking place on Saturday mornings. This is a thriving ministry always in need of loving adults to help. Contact Carolyn Giffen for more information or to volunteer.

Jail Ministry is an outreach ministry to men and women inmates, two times a month—teaching a Bible lesson and sharing God’s love.  It is an awesome experience to feed the spiritually hungry and lead them to the Lord – Alan Hitt at ahitt@firstchurch.net.
