Alan serves as the Associate Pastor of Evangelism and has been on staff since June of 2002.  He has served in other churches as an Associate Pastor, Youth Pastor, and was the Senior Pastor of two rural churches in Parker and Palo Pinto counties.  Alan currently works with the ministries of the church to help insure that all we do, whether established or something new and creative, is done with one eye on how to help people meet and come to know this God who loves us all so much.  

Alan leads our Small Group Ministry, and works with Membership Care Ministries and with Young Single Adults.

He received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas, and his Master of Theological Studies degree from Brite Divinity School at Texas Christian University.

Alan and his wife Kelly were married in 1985 and live in The Colony with their five children; James, Emily, Mary, Jodi, and Dylan.
